We are currently seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our team.
The Human Resources Administrator will provide support with recruitment, onboarding, benefits, timekeeping and other administrate duties.
This position will report to the Human Resources Manager that is offsite at the Conroe Facility.
Job Location:
Hungerford, TX (Hybrid Remote) Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborating with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Conduct and review background checks.
Perform new hire orientations.
Benefits administration for enrollments, qualifying events and open enrollment Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the HR Manager.
Perform tasks required to administer and execute human resource functions including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave of absences, employee relations, performance, recognition, morale, and training and development.
Maintain HRIS and timekeeping systems by processing job change forms, salary increases, address updates, etc.
Support in the bi-weekly processing of payroll.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
SHRM-CP a plus.

years Human Resources Experience Experience with ADP or similar software preferred but not required.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
